Once you have selected your purchase in the online store, you will be required to fill in your details for delivery. The Courier Guy will liaise with you via e-mail and SMS to ensure that your parcel is delivered to you timeously. Goods are generally delivered in 3 to 7 working days, only in South Africa. Please ensure that you have correctly filled in your details to prevent any loss of product, delays or issues with delivery, and also so that the delivery costs may be calculated accurately.
Deliveries are from MONDAY TO FRIDAY (Except Public Holidays)
If you live in a very remote area or areas are not covered by the standard rates of delivery, extra delivery costs may be incurred. Should a situation where your item cannot be delivered to you arise, we will contact you to find a mutually agreeable solution (another address) if necessary. As those exceptions are not given to us by the courier companies in advance, this becomes a case-by-case situation.
Typically, depending on your transport selection in checkout, deliveries take:
1 to 3 working days Johannesburg & Pretoria
2 to 5 working days other main cities
2 to 7 working days for other destinations
