We appreciate your business and in order to facilitate the buying process for you, we have provided an outline below. If you still have any queries you are welcome to e-mail or call us for assistance during office hours.

Once you have selected your purchase in the online store, you will be required to fill in your details for delivery.  The Courier Guy will liaise with you via e-mail and SMS to ensure that your parcel is delivered to you timeously.  Goods are generally delivered in 3 to 7 working days. Please ensure that you have correctly filled in your details  to prevent any loss  of product, delays or issues with delivery, and also so that the delivery costs may be calculated accurately.

If you would prefer to receive your order via PostNet, please contact us via e-mail or telephone to arrange this. Your invoice and payments will be effected via e-mail instead of the online store.

Payment

Payments can be made using PayFast or direct deposits. When you use  PayFast, several payment options are available, including a debit card option.

For Direct Deposits, processing of your order is started once your payment is reflected and confirmed by our bank.
